Is the food actually doctor-designed, or is that just marketing?
Every recipe is approved by an MBBS doctor on our medical board. Macros are calibrated for hormone and metabolism profiles and revisited weekly during your plan, in line with ICMR guidelines.
Do I get the same time slot every day at the gym?
Yes. Your slot is reserved for the duration of your subscription. No queuing at peak hours, no last-minute coach swaps.
What if I have a medical condition or am on medication?
You're onboarded by one of our partner physicians. Plans are adjusted around thyroid, PCOS, diabetes, hypertension, post-op recovery and more — at no extra cost.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes — up to 5 days per monthly cycle. We freeze the meal slots and your reserved training time.
Do you deliver meals to my home?
Three insulated drops a day, on a fixed window of your choosing. Pick up at the gym, home or office.
